Aternity displays the values which you entered when setting up the Aternity Management Server. Important: We strongly recommend NOT to make changes in this screen, as this also requires changing settings in the Aternity Vertica Database Server. To do this properly, launch the Configuration Tool on the Aternity Management Server to change all database settings in the Vertica Database Server and Oracle Database Server properly. ProcedureStep 1 Open a browser and sign in to Aternity. Step 2 Select the Gear Icon > Settings. Step 3 To change the access details to the Aternity schema in the database, select Enterprise Environment Integration > Platform Database. Change connection details to the Aternity schema Field Description Server Name/IP Address View the hostname, IP address or DNS name of the Aternity Oracle Database Server. Port View the port used to access the Aternity Oracle Database Server. Service Name View the name of the ATERNITY schema, which stores all the monitoring data and device configurations. User name / Password Enter the username and password to read and write data to the schema which stores all the monitoring data and device configurations. Before saving the configuration, select Test Configuration to verify the settings. Step 4 To change the access details to the GR schema in the database, select Enterprise Environment Integration > Configuration Database. Change connection details to the GR schema Step 5 Restart the Aternity service for the changes to take effect.
