Integrate with Zoom to Analyze Meetings Quality (Beta)

Aternity monitors your Zoom experience so you can measure and improve the productivity and user experience of your workforce. As Administrator of Aternity, configure the integration with Zoom in order to receive data about meetings quality in your organization. This will allow you to use the advanced dashboard for analyzing Zoom Meetings.

Aternity integrates with Zoom APIs to access a collection of resources of meetings that were held in the past and is bound for the Zoom rate limit policy.

To enable collection of Zoom meeting measurements, Aternity provides an application in the Zoom marketplace. Note that the setup must be done from the Aternity console, including the installation of this application. See the procedure below.

During the beta phase, encryption of Zoom data and personal data correlated to Zoom Meetings is not supported. If your account is leveraging the PII encryption or privacy mode and you would like to participate in this beta, please contact Aternity SaaS Administration for details.

Before you begin

  • Contact Aternity Beta Team to register for the beta program and to get this functionality.

  • Make sure that the Zoom user who is going to set up the integration with Aternity is assigned the Admin role. Note that this role is required as long as you use this integration (the integration is enabled ). Zoom app is verifying the user permissions and if the user lacks the Admin role, the integration will not work.

You can validate in advance that the Zoom user has enough permissions to perform this procedure. Log in with that user and search for Aternity in the Zoom marketplace and see if you have enough permissions to set it up or what exactly is missing.
