Allocate Aternity License Units to Tenants

The Manage Quotas creates a new opportunity for Managed Service Providers (MSP) to manage their multi-tenant environments. Manage your license units and allocate them between multiple sub-tenants as necessary.

Use the Subtenants Quotas screen to monitor the usage of licenses in subtenants and edit licenses' allocation any time. Decide how many licenses or add-ons to allocate to each tenant. If you try to set more licenses than you have, you will view the minus number in red.

APM licenses are still being managed by Aternity SaaS Administration.

Edit Limits menu is useful for allocating license units to any combination of types of end user devices in one tenant. But Manage Quotas is for managing quota per tenant in multi-tenant accounts.

In case of too few licenses on a tenant, the requests will be rejected. This can be an indication to MSPs how to modify a tenant license units.
