Key Task: Monitor SLA

You can monitor your compliance to service level agreements (SLAs) in any monitored application in Aternity, by viewing whether its performance exceeds its SLA thresholds.

For example, a performance SLA commits that all Microsoft Outlook launch times must be less than 20 seconds. Or a vendor promises you their own SLA, and you want to verify their compliance.

There are several ways to do this:

To view a detailed summary of whether the performance of all applications fall within your SLAs

View the Monitor SLA dashboard.

To see if the boot times of devices comply with your SLAs

View the Boot dashboard.

To monitor the SLA status of the performance of Skype for Business or Lync calls

Use the Call Details dashboard.

To edit the SLA thresholds of an activity

From Managed Applications, select the name of the application to view or edit an activity.


  1. Step 1 Open a browser and sign in to Aternity.
  2. Step 2 Select Main Menu > Monitor > SLA.
