When you select the Main Menu > Enterprise Summary, the Enterprise view opens by default on the first Summary tab which presents the Enterprise Summary dashboard. Access the Enterprise dashboards In the Enterprise screen, view the main value relevant for each dashboard measurements at a glance. View the summary of each dashboard at a glance Field Description User Experience Index The User Experience Index (UXI) is a value (0-5) which measures the overall performance and health of applications, based on the number of crashes per hour out of the total usage time, the percentage hang time out of the total usage time, and the percentage wait time out of the total usage time. For web applications, it also uses the percentage of web page errors out of all page loads, and the average page load time. This index is an absolute (not relative) measurement, since it does not use baselines which may vary between applications or locations. However, it is cumulative, not a spot measurement, as each reading relies on and contains those which came beforehand. Absolute measures allow Aternity to accurately use a single consistent dimension across several attributes. For example, it can display this index for a single user on a single application, or many users on a single application, or many users on many applications. Definition of user experience index (UXI) Health Events Unique hourly health events occurred in the selected timeframe. When the same event occurs multiple times within one hour, it is counted just once for that hour. For example, if a background process crashes, cannot start and keeps crashing and starting again, creating hundreds of crash events within one hour, Aternity counts them as one Unique Hourly Event every hour. Displaying hundreds of rows of the duplicated crash event causes dashboard usability problems, makes it difficult to find a really important information, and reduces dashboard value and user experience. The Unique Hourly Events value minimizes duplications and repetitive information and enhances dashboard value and user experience. Boot Time The average boot time for the selected timeframe. Activity score The weighted score of all activities during the selected timeframe. Locations The number of locations reporting in the selected timeframe.
