The Analyze Business Activities (Advanced) dashboard There are endless ways you can use the data from this dashboard to check almost anything you want to investigate. For example, you can compare the response times of opening mails between Microsoft Outlook in different versions of Microsoft Office, to check whether Samsung computers in your Tokyo office are quicker with the newer version. ProcedureStep 1 Open a browser and log in to Aternity. Step 2 Select Main Menu > Analyze > Business Activities (Advanced). Accessing the Analyze Business Activities (Advanced) dashboard Step 3 To customize the dashboard further, to add your own fields with custom calculations, and to add columns, select Edit in the top bar of the window. For example, you can easily turn the bar chart into a trend graph by dragging Hour of Day from the sidebar to the Columns section, and selecting Show Me to view a trend graph. Edit the look and data of the dashboard to view the trend across time As another example, you can create your own custom data item called Is a lab Laptop which returns True only if the device's hostname starts with the characters LAB_, as in LAB_Lenovo1.
