Save a Dashboard as PDF (Export to PDF)

You can save a dashboard's data and view, freezing the displayed data, by saving it as a PDF file, which you can store or share with others via email.

Alternatively, you can save, share and subscribe a dashboard with its view settings, so that others can receive regular subscription emails to view the dashboard with live updated data, and receive a PDF with frozen data regularly as an attachment. See Save and Share a Dashboard for Later Online Viewing (Add to My Dashboards).
