Key Task: Build Your Own Custom Dashboards to Troubleshoot Devices

The Troubleshoot Device > Build Your Own dashboard provides an out-of-the-box content to troubleshoot employee’s device performance issues. It also provides a mechanism to customize data and dashboards based on help desk and desktop engineers’ needs.

Administrators of Aternity can easily build and change the out-of-the-box content for all of the organization’s users. Non-administrator users can create their own dashboards for troubleshooting a device using My Workspace tab. A new UI framework has been introduced to allow adding cards (widgets) in different sizes and shapes as well as graphs (a new in-house technology developed by Aternity). Several data sources may be selected such as business activities, apps usage, host resources consumption, and more. Depending on the source of the data, granularity can be 2-minutes, 5-minutes, one hour, or any custom interval. Custom monitors have been added to allow visualizing of custom data.

This functionality is available ONLY for Windows devices and non-restricted users.
