Aternity introduces a new tool for Help Desk support people. See what's going on with a malfunctioning device without connecting to it.

  • Check the device of a user who contacted you for support and see the live data for that device.

  • Check recent events and updates to identify the problem.

  • Evaluate various scores of the device.

  • Initiate remediation actions remotely.
