Aternity Insights into Employee Experience

Aternity collects a very rich set of data from all the devices and across multiple customers. As part of our artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) initiatives, we are launching the Insights project.

We provide insights from the data we collect to help you drive better analysis and decision-making process. The project is in its early stage and we invite customers to join us in the design phase. Customers who register will join the beta program and will receive insights emails periodically.

Data Restriction and Access Control (Beta)

Aternity introduces an access-control mechanism helping you in securing your company's sensitive data.

Aternity enables data restriction by tagging certain users or group of users and defining what data they are allowed to view. As Administrator of Aternity, when adding or editing users in Aternity, you can choose what data restriction value to assign to each user or group of users. This enables you to separate users' data by country or region to comply with data privacy regulations.

Allow user to see only limited data
  • We help you comply with regulatory requirements for privacy in your business.

  • Aternity console users have access rights only to the information they are allowed to see.

  • Restricted users can view only a limited number of dashboards (mainly a single device and Analyze dashboards which are NOT Advanced).

  • To configure Role-based Access Control (RBAC), contact Aternity SaaS Administration. Learn more.
