Additional Enhancements

  • Validation Tool for PowerShell scripts usability improvements as part of Agent 12.0.5 release (learn more).

  • Local time zone support in REST API.

  • Webex REST API support (learn more).

  • Additional data sources for multi-selection and designing widgets (Zoom, MS Teams, File Download, Webex) (learn more).

  • We invite you to register for the Insights program in order to receive periodical emails with insights from your account (learn more).

  • Starting now it is possible to save views with State and/or City filters.

This issue has been resolved by changing REST API field names: City and State column values used to be Country\State\City, but starting July release they will be Country/State/City. If you have started querying data for location names (like State eq USA\California), you need to change your filters (State eq USA/California). If you have started syncing data with an external system, you might see two different values for the Country/State/City fields: with a backslash until certain date and with a slash starting certain date.
