Dashboard Enhancements

Aternity enhances data analysis on a regular basis to provide more value.
  • Aternity collected several important recommendations for creating advanced dashboards with better performance. Read Best Practices article to learn how to create dashboards with great performance.

New Aternity App for ServiceNow (Beta)

Aternity fully integrates with ServiceNow. Find your service desk alerts in the ServiceNow Incidents View.

Aternity is announcing the availability of the new app for integrating with ServiceNow. The new Aternity App for ServiceNow is available at the ServiceNow Store.

View all incidents in the ServiceNow App
  • The Aternity incidents are now part of the Incidents View in ServiceNow.

  • Existing ServiceNow users can migrate to the new application (learn more).

    Starting with ServiceNow Orlando version, the old Aternity app for ServiceNow is no longer supported.

  • Automatically route service desk alerts (SDA) to ServiceNow Incidents View (learn more).

  • Speed up problem resolution of issues affecting end user experience.

  • Define rules and alerts to be sent automatically to ServiceNow.

  • In addition to deploying the new app, schedule a demo to see how to integrate with ServiceNow to view incident trends and statistics in Aternity.

    The ServiceNow Incident Dashboard provides insights into events that may be impacting the user experience. The new dashboard collects and reports incident data by user, location, assignment and identifies which incidents were generated by Aternity. Troubleshoot with Aternity REST API

Use Aternity new deep-dive device-level REST API queries to extract high resolution raw data and troubleshoot issues for a specific device, in addition to using the dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot host resources, top processes, remote sessions, WiFi and mobile networks, and more using raw data API queries.

Additional Enhancements

  • Custom attributes are available for use in service desk alerts rules (learn more).

  • Mac Agent 3.3.106 is now a Release Candidate (learn more).

  • If you are Administrator of Aternity and your account license expires soon, you will see the icon on the top of the main screen that reminds you about the expiration date and allows adding the serial number on time. If you missed it, no worries. Starting with this release, there is a grace period of 30 days when you still can re-add your license. You will see the notification about it on the top of the main screen.
