Dashboard Enhancements

Aternity enhances data analysis on a regular basis to provide more value.
  • More attributes for analysis in the Process Resources and Remote Display Latency advanced dashboards and REST API.

  • To get an overall impression of the user's experience with collaboration tools, analyze the scores of network quality in the Cisco Webex Meetings, Zoom Meetings, and Microsoft Teams Meetings advanced dashboards.

  • Improved visualization of the Activity Resource Analysis dashboard by enhancing the visibility of the dots and adding aggregated statistics next to the timeline.

Build Your Own Workspace (Beta)

Aternity offers enhanced troubleshooting capabilities including new views and a robust customization. You can now create your own custom and private view.
  • Administrators can easily customize and create new views specific to their tenant.

    Go to Troubleshoot > User or Device > Build Your Own

  • Users can create their private workspace and explore custom metrics.

  • Benefit greatly from visualization of the violating time for the top 15 processes in the Top Processes dashboard. Access it by selecting Troubleshoot > User or Device > Build Your Own > Top Processes.

The New Agent for MAC is Now Available (Beta)

The New Agent for MAC 3.4 is in the beta phase.
  • Supports monitoring Microsoft Teams calls.

  • Supports analyzing installed and changed software.

  • Improved CPU and memory consumption.

Additional Enhancements

  • You can now configure a service desk alert to be triggered without a cooling period whenever the alert conditions are met.

    This is relevant for alerts with assigned automatic remediation actions. There is no need to wait for this alert to be handled manually.

  • Aternity Agent for end user devices 12.1.0 is now available for controlled release (Controlled Availability). To get an Agent, please contact Aternity Beta Team.

  • Instead of AND or OR, you can now use the in() function for filtering REST API queries. Learn rules and limitations for using this function.
