Intel® Device Health - Better security and performance on Intel devices (Beta)

Together, Aternity and Intel are providing customers with the solution for enhanced security and performance on Intel devices. Use Intel® Device Health to identify Security Advisories (SA) to which an employee device is vulnerable based on its profile (for example Manufacturer, CPU, Firmware, OS, Applications, etc.)
  • Be aware of potential conflicts, vulnerabilities or suboptimal configuration.

  • Improve the security and functionality of the enterprise's installed base of PCs by addressing platformlevel vulnerabilities.

  • Manage the process from Advisory to Patch.

  • Quickly understand affected devices and path to resolution.

Intel® EMA Integration - Remote troubleshooting of Intel devices directly from Aternity

BSOD Insight - Troubleshoot blue screen errors across organization

Aternity proactively supplies you with Experience Insights from the collected data. From the Insights Front Page, select the title of the insight you are interested to investigate and open its respective dashboard. Use the Hours Between BSODs vs. Benchmark dashboard for deeper analysis of blue screens across organization and devices' performance improvement.

Other Enhancements

  • Agent for End User Devices 12.1.4 is now released for general availability and includes security enhancements (learn more).

  • New repository for remediation scripts and templates is now available. It replaces the previously used GitHub. To use the repository, you are required to log in to Aternity Customer Success site. If not logged in, the repository will appear empty, as if there is no content. Once logged in, you will be see its content.

  • New REMEDIATION_ACTIONS_INVENTORY REST API allows you to get the list of all available actions in Aternity (learn more).

  • Our What's New Panel is undergoing a significant change and will be transformed to the News Feed in the new 2022 year. It will open as a feed at the right top of the window. We will keep you apprised of the availability date.
