Remediation Enhancements

We are extending remediation actions retention. Now the data source includes not only raw data (up to three months), but also daily aggregated anonymized data (up to one year).

Anonymized data retained for a year. The database needs to be populated and it takes time. So, during upcoming months, the data for this anonymized collection is available back to September 2021. For example, in January 2022 you will have approximately 4 months of anonymized data, in November 2022 you will be able to analyze the full year.

  • Support for the new REST API (REMEDIATION_ACTIONS_RUN_DAILY_ANONYMIZED) to track remedial actions executed on end user devices (without PII). Learn more.

  • Support for annual anonymized data to display on dashboards. Now our customers can receive annual reports on remediation actions (without PII).

  • More enhancements will be available with new Agent 12.2. See the below section for details.
