New 2.2.0 Version of ServiceNow App (Available Soon at the Online Store)

We are happy to announce the new version of Aternity App for ServiceNow. This is an Incident Integration that allows service desk technicians to view Aternity valuable data accompanying each incident (device details and health events). This allows a fast incident handling without user interference or escalation. This is all in addition to the existing functionality of getting incidents from Aternity.

New Agent for Windows Devices

The New Agent for Windows devices 12.2.0 is now a Release Candidate. To get the Agent, please contact Aternity Beta Team.
  • Supports remediation action snooze capability.

  • Supports remediation actions for logged out users.

  • Allows an easy one-click upgrade for Agents higher than 12.2.0 on Windows OS. Learn more.

  • Starting version 12.2, the Agent runs only signed scripts. Unrestricted policy is no more supported.

Other Enhancements

  • Support for new out-of-the-box remediation actions for fixing computer common issues: Clear Microsoft Teams Cache and Clear Browsers Cache.

  • When working from home, regardless of whether you connect to VPN or not, Aternity reports your home geo-location.

  • (Windows only) Support for the new attribute collection - the name of Internet Service Provider (ISP) to which the remote device is currently connected. This attribute displays a value only when the device is NOT connected to a corporate VPN.

    The ISP field is now added to several REST API views: Applications, Business Activities, Remote Display, and Device Inventory.
