To resolve, rerun the setup with the same settings. 10.0 and 10.0.1 When you set the Deploy To group of an activity to Test Group in the Manage Activities screen, it overrides any groups which you may have assigned earlier in the monitors tree. 10.0 To edit the incident detection settings of a web application, you must select the activity, then select Bulk Actions > Incident Detection Settings. You cannot do this directly from the activity's properties window. 10.0 When entering the database password in the express setup of the Aternity Oracle Database, if you press backspace repeatedly, it removes the prompt as well as the password. To resolve, continue pressing backspace enough times to ensure you deleted the password completely, then enter it and continue with the procedure. 10.0 In some cases, Aternity dashboards do not display all three choices in the Time Zone menu at the top of device-specific dashboards. 10.x Purging partition data mechanism will not work if Vertica schema was created with a capital A, like Aternity, but during the ETL setup the provided name was with a small a, like in aternity. 10.x The ETL server setup folder path cannot have spaces in it. To resolve, make sure the setup directory path is without spaces in it. 10.x The default color of the Poor score in the Analyze Business Activities (Advanced) dashboard is dark green instead of orange. 10.0.1 In the Analyze Skype for Business dashboard, some filters cause an error message, like Unknown Server Error. To resolve, do not select All in the Measurements drop-down list, and avoid selecting the hrc_ measurements, always uncheck them. 10.0.1 In some cases, you may experience a slow performance of the Incident Details dashboard. Make sure the incident thresholds are defined to reflect a major departure from the expected performance.
